Refund Policy

At IconicDesignsGy, we strive to provide top-notch GPS tracking services to all our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only available within the first three (3) months of service activation.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the service.
The request for a refund must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] within the eligible period.

2. Device Retrieval:

Upon approval of the refund request, the customer is required to allow IconicDesignsGy access to the vehicle(s) in which the GPS tracker(s) are installed.
Our technical team will arrange a suitable time for device retrieval.
The customer is responsible for facilitating the removal of the GPS tracker(s) from the vehicle(s) to ensure a smooth refund process.

3. Refund Processing:

Once the GPS tracker(s) have been successfully retrieved and confirmed to be in good condition, the refund process will commence.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days from the date of device retrieval.

4. Exclusions:

Refunds will not be provided for any period beyond the initial three (3) months of service activation.
Refunds will not be issued if the GPS tracker(s) are damaged or tampered with in any way, or if there is evidence of misuse or neglect.

5. Additional Terms:

IconicDesignsGy reserves the right to refuse a refund if the customer fails to comply with any of the terms outlined in this policy.
This refund policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any updates or modifications.
