These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website promotion offered by IconicDesignsGY (“Company”) for the creation of websites for small businesses. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is open to small businesses seeking to establish an online presence.

Participants must agree to use IconicDesignsGY hosting services for a minimum of 3-4 years, based on the Company’s discretion.

2. Promotion Details:

The promotion includes free website development services upon payment of the hosting cost, which is $30,000 GYD.

The hosting cost covers SSL, Domain Name, Weekly Backups, and 1 year of maintenance with minor updates.

3. Hosting Commitment:

Participants are required to use IconicDesignsGY hosting services for a period of 3-4 years, as determined by the Company.

If a participant wishes to move their website before the specified time, they must pay the initial website development cost of $30,000 GYD.

IconicDesignsGY will assist in transferring the domain name and site to the participant’s chosen hosting service.

4. Maintenance and Updates:

The hosting cost includes 1 year of maintenance with minor updates. Additional updates may be subject to separate charges.

5. Transfer Process:

Participants who wish to transfer their website before the specified hosting commitment period must notify IconicDesignsGY.

A transfer fee of $30,000 GYD will be applicable, covering the initial website development cost.

IconicDesignsGY will assist in facilitating the transfer of the domain name and website to the participant’s chosen hosting service.

6. Modification of Terms:

IconicDesignsGY reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion or these Terms at any time without notice.

7. Disqualification:

IconicDesignsGY reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability:

IconicDesignsGY is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the promotion.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guyana, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guyana.

10. Verbal Acknowledgment:

Participants acknowledge that they have been verbally informed of these Terms and Conditions by IconicDesignsGY during the initial interaction.

Verbal communication may include discussions, phone calls, or in-person meetings where the terms have been explained.

11. Payment and Consequences:

Participants are required to make timely payments for the hosting services.

Payment for hosting must be made in advance of each one-year period to ensure uninterrupted service.

Failure to make the hosting payment before the due date will result in the removal of the website from the hosting server.

Domain name renewal fees must be paid before the exact expiration date, which occurs at the end of each one-year period.

If payment is not received before the expiration date, the domain name may not be renewed, leading to its potential expiration and subsequent loss.
